Referrals from GPs, Psychiatrists or other health professionals are welcome.
Correspondence can be sent securely via Medical Objects or faxed to 07 2145 8643.
Sophie welcomes referrals under Medicare, but unfortunately cannot see clients under Workcover or Department of Veteran’s Affairs at present.
NDIS clients are welcome but are responsible for organising their own claims/reimbursements. Self-managed clients seeking to claim with the National Disability Insurance Scheme are accepted in most cases, but clients are encouraged to discuss NDIS plans and claiming/billing needs with their practitioner at their introductory call. Sophie is not a registered NDIS provider and does not see plan-managed or agency-managed NDIS clients at this time.
